I recently stayed at Hotel Mega Lestari, and while the location is excellent, being right downtown and near department stores, my experience was disappointing. The service I received upon check-in was unwelcoming, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms left much to be desired. Unfortunately, I encountered cockroaches in my room, and the breakfast options were very subpar, which detracted from my stay significantly.

My stay at Hotel Mega Lestari was mixed. On the positive side, the location is perfect for exploring Balikpapan, and my room was spacious and clean. However, I was disappointed with the service upon arrival, as well as some cleanliness issues during my stay. Overall, while the hotel has potential, significant improvements are needed. 🤔
